University Guest House hotel and conference center:
Your on-campus hotel with 176 rooms and 30 suites with kitchenettes is located in historic Fort Douglas. The hotel includes grab-and-go breakfast options during COVID, free Wi-Fi, and complimentary on-site parking. Hotel rooms can be booked at www.universityguesthouse.com, however, please call directly to receive the department rate. Departments can use a purchasing-card, UShop or a journal entry to book the Guest House. The U of U campus shuttle makes a stop across the street from the Guest House and there is access to the SL TRAX line just across the Legacy bridge from the hotel. A Hospital-On-Demand shuttle is available as well.
Our Conference Center has 30,000 square feet of meeting space. Hosting conferences, meetings, retreats, receptions, weddings and events. We have ballrooms, conference rooms, break-out rooms and boardrooms available. Our historic facilities such as the Officers Club, Post Chapel, Post Theatre and the Commanders House are all available, plus our new meeting spaces in the Guest House can all be booked with special pricing for departments and campus events.

University of Utah Summer Conferences
The University of Utah Summer Conference program hosts hundreds of youth and adult conference participates using the residents halls and dining facilities from mid-May until August 1st. Hosting religious groups, sports camps, cheerleading camps, educational conferences and summer interns, the campus is teaming with activity. Meeting space and field space can also be booked from all over campus.
